I’ve recently begun a pretty heavy workout regimen dealing mostly with mountain biking, running, and body weight exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, etc.)
I need to improve my eating habits with this, so can anyone give me a list of foods I should avoid, and a list of foods I should eat?
Also, any particularly good workouts are appreciated!

if you REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND FAT then you should remember and do this:
EVERYDAY RUN ( FAST WALK) + L-Carnitine + TAKE LESS CALORIES + LIPO-6 = 100% SUCCESS
