I have heard of doctors sometimes prescribing something to aid weight loss or curve the appetite im just not too sure on what it was called ?

I have recently been prescribed phentermine, at a dosage of 37.5. Has anyone here taken this diet pill, and what was your initial weight loss, over a period of…say like two weeks to a month? just out of curiosity, id like to know what to expect in the first couple weeks to a month.

Excercise using the a high cardio excercise like runinng for an hour or a power walk for 45 minutes. Do this for five days every day along with a 1000 calorie diet, and you will lose 60 lbs. by the end of Aug.
