What’s A Good Diet And Workout To Lose Fat Off My Body And Build Muscle?

     

I want to increase my muscle size: biceps, triceps, leg muscle, abs, ect. I want to lose fat so the muscles are more visable.
Healthily, but at a normal speed to lose fat and increase muscle size, what’s a good diet and a workout/exercising schedule?
Also, is rice a good idea in my diet?
BY THE WAY, I am 13, almost 14, 121 pounds, and 5′4. I KNOW I’m at a healthy weight, so do not mention it.
